The prevalence of smart parking infrastructure is on the rise, particularly in bustling cities where finding parking can be a daunting task. Existing solutions rely on expensive sensor-based technology, incurring high installation and maintenance costs.

In response to these challenges, we present a novel camera feed-based real-time parking-spot detection system that utilizes deep-learning algorithms. Our experiments showed excellent results, achieving 99.9% accuracy. An Android App as part of our smart parking application for end users is also available. Our intelligent parking system is scalable, cost-effective, and offers higher accuracy compared to existing solutions in this field.
